Chop 6-8 cookies into small pieces and fold into brownie batter of your choosing prepared according to package instructions. Bake as instructed. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt right after baking. We recommend Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix.

Cutout Cookies
Level up your holiday cookie game with the help of cookie cutters. The more simple the shape, the better. Think hearts, circles, candy canes, trees, etc. Bake cookies as directed and let cool about 2 minutes before using a cutter to cut out shapes. BONUS: someone needs to eat all those scraps...
Cookie in a Mug
Place a cookie in a microwave-safe mug or ramekin and microwave on HIGH until cooked through, about 30 seconds. Let stand at least one minute for heat to distribute evenly before eating. If not done in 30 seconds, cook for 10 second intervals until done. Every microwave is as unique as a snowflake, so play around until you find the right time for yours.
